摘要
为了提高配网运行管理水平和工作效率,探讨配电自动化运维管理方法。基于配电自动化现状,分析南宁供电局配电自动化应用中存在的主要问题,从验收投运管理、终端运维管理以及预试定检管理3个方面提出配电自动化运维管理措施。应用效果表明,采取上述措施后,南宁供电局配电自动化的运维水平得到提升,故障隔离时间降低,配电自动化终端定位准确率提高。
In order to improve the operation management level and working efficiency of distribution network, the operation and maintenance management method of distribution automation are discussed. Based on the current situation of distribution automation, main problems exist in the application of distribution automation in Nanning power supply bureau are analyzed. Measures for operation and maintenance management of distribution automation are proposed from 3 respects including the acceptance and putting into operation management, the terminal operation and maintenance management and the precaution test and regular inspection management. Application effects show that after the adoption of above measures, the operation and maintenance level of distribution automation in Nanning power supply bureau are improved, and the fault separation time is reduced and the accuracy rate of distribution automation terminal location is improved.
