摘要 针对一起贯流式水轮机受油器外操作油管爆裂故障进行分析,并提出处理措施。通过现场检查与分析,确定受油器外操作油管焊接部位的焊缝薄弱和浮动瓦间隙不均匀是造成外操作油管爆裂的主要原因。采取了裂缝修补、焊缝补强、轴线调整以及受油座定位加固的处理措施。处理措施实施后,外操作油管补焊处及各联接管路与阀门均无渗漏油,机组恢复运行。 A crack fault of external operating oil pipe of oil supply head in tubular turbine is analyzed and treatment measures are proposed. By field inspection and analysis, main reasons of crack fault of external operating oil pipe are the weak weld at the weld position of external operating oil pipe of oil supply head and the non- uniform gap between floating tiles. Treatment measures were adopted including crack repair, weld reinforcement, axes adjustment and oil supply base positioning and reinforcement. After the adoption of measures, there are no leakage of oil at the repair welding position of external operating oil pipe, connecting pipes and valves, and the unit returned to operation.
