As a Chinese neighbour,Japan started earlier in the field of special education.After a certain development and accumulation,Japan has formed a unique character and system.Through overall research on the Japanese special higher education,this article grasps the law of development of special higher education in Japan and puts forward the feasible suggestions for the special higher education development in our country.
