摘要
积极心理学是致力于研究人的发展潜力和美德等积极品质的一门科学,研究领域涉及积极的主观体验、积极的心理特质和积极的公众品质。积极心理学在教育领域的研究成果能够对大学心理健康教学工作起到一定的促进作用。积极心理学视野下的教学效果优于传统取向的教学效果。应在积极心理学视野下,从教学理念、教学内容、教师培养等几个方面提高心理教学的实效性。
Positive psychology is a science dedicated to the study of human potentials and positive qualities such as virtues,involving positive subjective experience,positive psychological traits and positive public quality.Research achievements of positive psychology in the field of education has played a certain role for the students' psychological health education work,but there are some aspects that need to be improved.Results show teaching effect under positive psychology perspective is superior to that of traditional problems orientation,comparing positive psychology and traditional psychology.This study puts forward that the teaching effectiveness should be improved from positive psychological aspects of teaching philosophy,teaching content,teachers' training and so on.
