浆细胞性乳腺炎与肉芽肿性乳腺炎的异同探讨及中医治疗体会

Treating plasma cell mastitis and granulomatous mastitis in TCM

目的:探讨浆细胞性乳腺炎及肉芽肿性乳腺炎在病因、发病机制、临床表现、传统医学与西医对疾病的认识和治疗方面的异同,总结"清消法"的临床治疗体会。方法:对近几年浆细胞性乳腺炎与肉芽肿性乳腺炎相关文献及其治疗文献进行梳理与归纳总结。结果:"清消法"治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎及肉芽肿性乳腺炎,效果显著,患者治愈后不宜复发,且疮面收口后乳房疤痕较小,极大程度地保护了乳房外观,满足了现代女性对治愈疾病和保持乳房良好外观的双重需要。结论:中医治疗此类疾病的方法日益丰富,且复发率低、损伤范围小,因此中医治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎和肉芽肿性乳腺炎具有极大的优势。

Objective： To investigate difference between plasma cell mastitis and granulomatous mastitis, including pathogenesis, clinical symptoms, medical theories and therapies; clinical experience of the Qing Xiao therapy was summarized. Methods： Literatures about plasma cell mastitis and granulomatous mastitis were summarized. Results： The Qing Xiao therapy on plasma cell mastitis and granulomatous mastitis shows a significant effect, with less recurrence and scar of breast, could cure disease and maintain good appearance of the breast. Conclusion： TCM on plasma cell mastitis and granulomatous mastitis showed definite advantage.
