摘要
目的:观察自拟消瘿汤对甲亢大鼠甲状腺激素的调节作用。方法:将大鼠分组,并予药物观察,比较各组体重及TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4、TSH。结果:自拟消瘿汤能改善甲亢大鼠体重及甲状腺功能,尤其以甲巯咪唑+自拟消瘿汤大剂量组最明显。结论:中西医结合对甲亢大鼠甲状腺激素的调节作用优于单纯西医治疗。
Objective： To discuss the function of the Xiaoying decoction on thyroid hormone in rats with hyperthyroidism. Methods： Rats were divided into groups and given medicine. The weight and TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4, TSH in each group were compared. Results： The Xiaoying decoction can improve weight and thyroid function. Conclusion： The effect of the integrative medicine on thyroid hormone in rats with hyperthyroidism is better.
