益肾生精汤治疗肾精亏虚型少弱精子症的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating the Shenjing Kuixu type of oligoasthenozoospermia with the Yishen Shengjing decoction

目的:观察中药益肾生精汤治疗肾精亏虚型少弱精子症的疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将120例患者分成两组,治疗组(益肾生精汤)和对照组(五子衍宗丸)各60例,3个月为一个疗程,比较两组的疗效。结果:两组均能改善精子密度,a级精子、(a+b)级精子和(a+b+c)级精子,但治疗组在改善精子密度,a级精子,(a+b)级精子方面明显优于对照组,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论:益肾生精汤具有补肾填精,健脾益气之功,是治疗肾精亏虚型少弱精子症的安全有效的药物。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Yishen Shengjing decoction on the Shenjing Kuixu type of oligoasthenozoospermia. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group（received the Yishen Shengjing decoction） and the control group（received Wuzi Yanzong Wan）, 60 cases for each; a course of treatment was 3 months.Clinical effects in groups were observed. Results： In two groups, sperm density, grade a sperm, grade（a＋b） sperm and grade（a＋b＋c） sperm were improved, and the improvement of all observed indicators in the treatment group was better. Conclusion： The Yishen Shengjing decoction showed efficacies of Bushen Tianjing and Jianpi Yiqi, was a safe and effective medicine on the Shenjing Kuixu type of oligoasthenozoospermia.
