雷火灸结合半硫丸治疗阳虚便秘39例

Treating 39 cases of the Yangxu syndromes constipation by the Leihuo moxibustion plus Banliu Wan

目的:观察雷火灸结合半硫丸治疗阳虚便秘的临床疗效。方法:把39例阳虚便秘患者随机分为两组,治疗组20例用雷火灸结合半硫丸治疗;对照组19例用半硫丸治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率为68.42%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸结合半硫丸治疗阳虚便秘有较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe efficacy of the Leihuo moxibustion plus Banliu Wan on the Yangxu syndromes constipation. Methods： 39 cases of constipation of the Yangxu syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. 20 cases in the treatment group were treated by the Leihuo moxibustion plus Banliu Wan; 19 cases in the control group were treated with Banliu Wan. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group was 90.00%, and 68.42% in the control group. The efficacy in the treatment group was obviously better（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Leihuo moxibustion plus Banliu Wan on the Yangxu syndromes constipation shows a significant effect.
