超短波和针刺及关节松动术联合治疗肩周炎的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of VHF plus acupuncture and joint mobilization on frozen shoulder

目的:观察分析超短波、针刺及关节松动术联合治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将纳入的100例患者随机分为两组;对照组给予超短波+针刺治疗,研究组给予超短波+针刺+关节松动术治疗。比较两组治疗前后的疼痛缓解情况及临床疗效。结果:研究组患者疼痛程度较对照组明显减轻(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为98.0%,较对照组(82.0%)有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:超短波、针刺及关节松动术联合法可进一步提高肩周炎患者的预后效果,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of VHF plus acupuncture and joint mobilization on frozen shoulder. Methods： 100 cases were randomly divided into two groups; the control group was treated by VHF plus acupuncture; the study group was treated by VHF plus acupuncture and joint mobilization. Before and after treatment, pain relief and clinical efficacy in two groups were compared. Results： Compared with the control group, the pain degree in the observation group was significantly reduced（P〈0.05）. The total efficiency in the study group was 98.0%, better than 82.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： VHF, acupuncture and joint mobilization can further improve the prognosis of frozen shoulder, is worthy of clinical promotion.
