针药并用治疗缺血性中风的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on treating ischemic stroke in TCM

目的:探讨针药并用治疗缺血性中风的临床效果。方法:本次研究的66例缺血性中风患者均为我院在2013年5月-2014年11月期间收治,将其按照治疗措施的不同分为观察组33例和对照组33例,对照组患者只进行常规康复疗法进行治疗,观察组在康复疗法治疗基础上实施针刺结合中药治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果和神经功能改善情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.97%,神经功能评分平均分值为(9.54±4.01);对照组治疗总有效率为51.52%,神经功能评分平均分值为(17.88±9.45)。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针药并用联合康复疗法治疗缺血性中风的临床效果明显,患者神经功能与临床症状改善情况较好,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus TCM medicine on ischemic stroke. Methods： From May 2013 to November 2014, 66 cases in our hospital were divided into the observed group and the control group, 33 cases for each. The control group was given conventional therapy; and the observed group was given acupuncture plus TCM medicine more. Efficiency and neurological improvement in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficacy in the observed group was 96.67%; and the average score of neurological function was（9.54±4.01）. The total efficacy in the control group was 51.52%; and the average score of neurological function was（17.88±9.45）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus TCM medicine on ischemic stroke shows a significant effect, and is worthy of promotion.
