加味温胆汤对高血压病痰瘀证的临床治疗价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析加味温胆汤对高血压病痰瘀证的临床治疗价值。方法:选取我院收治的高血压病痰瘀证患者114例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各57例,对照组给予常规西医降压治疗,观察组在对照组的基础给予加味温胆汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗后血压、血管内皮功能及症状改善情况。结果:观察组患者用药后收缩压、舒张压、中医证候积分、血浆ET分别为(127.45±7.13)mm Hg、(82.46±6.81)mm Hg、(10.17±4.08)分、(50.25±8.07)ng/L,均明显低于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.01;且观察组治疗后血浆NO为(6.58±1.12)μmol/L,明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论:加味温胆汤治疗高血压病痰瘀证,可有效控制血压,改善患者症状,对血管内皮功能有一定的保护作用。 Objective: To analyze clinical value of the Wendan decoction on hypertension. Methods: 114 cases of hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into the observed group and the control group, 57 cases in each. The control group was given the conventional western medicine; and the observed group was given the Wendan decoction more. After treatment, blood pressure, endothelial function and improvement of symptoms in two groups were compared. Results: SBP, diastolic blood pressure, TCM syndrome score and Plasma ET in the observed group were(127.45±7.13) mm Hg,(82.46±6.81) mm Hg,(10.17±4.08) points,(50.25±8.07) ng/L respectively, less than those in the control group; the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01). In the observed group, Plasma NO was(6.58±1.12) μmol/L, higher than that in the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion: The Wendan decoction for hypertension could control blood pressure.
