摘要 目的:观察芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:72例CHF患者随机分为两组,37例为观察组,给予常规治疗和芪苈强心胶囊治疗;35例为对照组,给予常规治疗。按纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)的心功能分级标准评价疗效。结果:治疗6个月,观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性充血心力衰竭有较理想的疗效。 Objective： To observe efficacy of the Qili Qiangxin capsules on CHF. Methods： 72 cases were divided into the control group, given conventional treatment, and observed group, given the Qili Qiangxin capsules more. Efficacy was evaluated according to NYHA criteria. Results： In 6 months, the results in the observed group were better. Conclusion： The Qili Qiangxin capsules were effective on CHF.
