中西医结合治疗老年心力衰竭患者的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating heart failure in elderly patients in the integrative medicine

目的:研究中西医结合治疗老年心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的45例老年心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组22例与观察组23例。对照组使用贝那普利,并辅助利尿剂与β-受体阻滞剂进行治疗,观察组在此基础上添加参附注射液进行联合治疗。结果:治疗后两组患者的LVEDD与LVESD较治疗前均明显降低,治疗后两组患者的LVEF与FS较治疗前均显著改善,且治疗后观察组的LVEDD与LVESD显著低于对照组;两组患者治疗后不良反应的发生率无显著差异。观察组患者治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:贝那普利联合参附注射液的中西医结合治疗方式对老年心力衰竭患者的临床治疗效果非常显著,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on heart failure in elderly patients. Methods： 45 cases were randomly divided into the control group（22 cases） and observed group（23 cases）. The control group took Benazepril, Diuretics and β-blockers. The observed group took the Shenfu injection more. Results： After treatment, in two groups, LVWDD and LVESD were decreased; LVEF and FS were significantly improved. In the observed group, LVEDD and LVESD were more decreased than those in the control group; the difference of adverse reaction was not significant. The total efficacy was better in the observed group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was effective on heart failure in elderly patients, and is worthy of promotion.
