改良复元活血汤合脐敷散治疗胸腰椎骨折

Treating thoracolumbar fractures with the improved Fuyuan Huoxue decoction plus Qifu San

目的:探讨改良复元活血汤合脐敷散治疗胸腰椎骨折早期腹痛腹胀的临床运用。方法:将我院在2012年1月-2014年9月收治的30例胸腰椎骨折的患者随机分为两组,每组各15例,治疗组给予改良复元活血汤合脐敷散治疗,对照组给予单纯改良复元活血汤进行治疗,分析两组的疗效。结果:治疗组患者的总有效率为93.3%,对照组患者的总有效率为80.0%,治疗组患者在临床疗效上明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:改良复元活血汤合脐敷散治疗胸腰椎骨折早期腹痛腹胀取得了明显的临床疗效,值得推广和使用。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the improved Fuyuan Huoxue decoction plus Qifu San on thoracolumber fractures. Methods： 30 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 15 cases for each. The treatment group was given the improved Fuyuan Huoxue decoction plus Qifu San. The control group received the improved Fuyuan Huoxue decoction only. Clinical efficacy in two groups was analyzed. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group was 93.3%, and in the control group was 80.0%; the efficiency in the treatment group was much higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The improved Fuyuan Huoxue decoction was effective on thoracolumbar fractures, and worthy of promotion.
