中医辨证分型治疗2型糖尿病的疗效分析

An effective analysis of treating diabetes Ⅱ in TCM differentiation

目的:探讨中医辨证分型治疗2型糖尿病中的效果。方法:选取2012年4月-2014年2月我院收取的2型糖尿病患者共148例,按照患者意愿分为对照组(n=71)和观察组(n=77)。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医辨证分型治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组糖尿病治疗总有效率为89.6%(69/77),显著高于对照组的76.1%(54/71)(x2=4.834,P=0.028)。结论:中医辨证分型能够有效地缓解2型糖尿病病情,提高治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective： To explore efficacy of TCM differentiation on diabetes Ⅱ. Methods： 148 cases were randomly divided into the control group（71 cases） and observed group（77 cases）. The control group received Metformin. The observed group took TCM differentiation more. Results： The total efficiency was 89.6%（69/77） in the observed group, and 76.1%（54/71） in the control group（x^2=4.834, P=0.028）. Conclusion： TCM differentiation can effectively relive the symptoms and improve efficacy, is worthy of promotion.
