中医护理在原发性高血压患者中的应用效果分析

A clinical effective analysis of TCM nursing on essential hypertension

目的:探讨中医护理对原发性高血压患者的临床价值。方法:选取2013年1月-2014年6月于我院收治的原发性高血压患者86例,随机分成两组,观察组和对照组各43例。对照组采用传统西医护理模式进行常规护理;观察组在常规护理的基础上实施中医护理干预,观察比较两组患者治疗前后的血压变化、整体治疗效果和不良反应率。结果:观察组护理前血压值和对照组比较,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后两组比较,观察组的血压明显低于对照组;观察组整体治疗有效率为95.35%(41例),明显高于对照组的76.74%(33例);观察组的不良反应率为9.30%(4例),明显低于对照组的27.90%(12例),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:原发性高血压患者实施中医护理能够明显降低血压,增加治疗效果,减少不良反应率,在临床上具有指导意义。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of TCM nursing on essential hypertension. Methods： 86 cases of essential hypertension were selected and divided into 2 groups, 43 cases for each. The control group received traditional western medicine nursing; the observation group was given TCM nursing more. Blood pressure change, total efficiency and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results： Before the treatment, blood pressures between groups were similar. After the treatment, blood pressure in the observation group was significantly lower; the total efficiency in the observation group was 95.35%（41 cases）, obviously higher than 76.74%（33 cases） in the control group; the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.30%（4 cases）, significantly lower than 27.90%（12 cases） in the control group, with a obvious difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing on essential hypertension could significantly reduce blood pressure, increase therapeutic effects, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, with guiding significance in clinic.
