生精补肾丸质量标准的研究

Research on quality standards of Shengjing Bushen Wan

目的：为控制生精补肾丸质量,制定其处方中君药主要成分淫羊藿苷的HPLC分析方法。方法：采用HPLC测定淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷的含量。结果：淫羊藿苷在0.125~0.500μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998（n=5）,平均回收率为97.8%,RSD=2.0%（n=5）。结论：该方法简便、准确、专属性强,可作为控制生精补肾丸质量的方法。

Objective： To study icariin by HPLC to ensure the quality of Shengjing Bushen Wan. Methods： The content of icariin in epimedium was determined by HPLC. Results： Icariin showed a good linear relationship in 0.125--0.500ug; r = 0.9998 （n = 5）; the average recovery was 97.8%. RSD = 2.0% （n = 5）. Conclusion： The method can effectively improve the quality of Shengjing Bushen Wan, with simplicity and accuracy.
