针灸治疗神经性头痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating nervous headache by acupuncture

目的:研究针灸治疗神经性头痛的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院收治的81例神经性头痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组40例与观察组41例。对照组采取西医常规方法给予药物进行治疗,观察组采取中医法给予针灸进行治疗。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后不良反应:恶心呕吐、腹痛、胃痛、手脚麻木的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用针灸治疗神经性头痛的临床治疗效果非常显著,治疗时间较短,不良反应较少,值得临床推广。

Objective： To discuss efficacy of acupuncture on nervous headache. Methods： 81 cases were randomly divided into the control group （40 cases） and the observation group （41 cases）. The control group was treated by conventional western therapy; the observation group was treated by acupuncture. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher （P〈0.05）; the treatment time in the observation group was significantly shorter （P〈0.05）; occurrences of nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, stomach pain, numbness in the observation group were significantly lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating nervous headache by acupuncture can receive a good effect, is worthy of promotion.
