中医辨证治疗前巩膜炎的疗效观察

Effective observation on treating anterior scleritis in TCM differentiation

目的:探讨中医辨证治疗前巩膜炎患者的临床疗效。方法:将135例前巩膜炎患者(214只眼)随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者单用西药治疗,观察组接受中医辨证分型治疗。结果:观察组治疗有效率为72.9%,对照组有效率为54.2%,两组患者治愈率有显著性差异。结论:中医辨证施治前巩膜炎相较于单用西药治疗具有治愈率高、副作用小、复发率低等优势,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of TCM differentiation on anterior scleritis. Methods： 135 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The Control group was treated with western medicine; the observation group was treated in TCM differentiation. Results： The efficiency in the observation group was 72.9%, and 54.2% in the control group. Difference of the curing efficiency in two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion： TCM differentiation therapy contained a higher curing efficiency by comparing with western medicine alone, with little side effects and lower recurrence efficiency, and is worthy of promotion.
