“瘀”治结节性痒疹

Treating nodular prurigo from perspective of Yu

结节性痒疹是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病,以剧痒和结节性损害为特征,病程长,难以治愈。本文从中医瘀血入手,分别对临床中不同证型采用不同的治疗方法进行总结概括,认为活血化瘀是治疗本病的关键,治疗要标本兼顾,所用活血散结除湿、清热活血平肝散结、活血散结祛风、重镇活血之剂取得良好的效果。故"活血化瘀"为治疗结节性痒疹之根本,要贯穿始终。

Nodular prurigo is a chronic inflammatory skin disease, characterized by itching and nodular lesions,with long course, and is difficult to cure. In this paper, different treatments for different clinical syndromes were summarized from perspective of blood stasis; promoting blood circulation was considered the key of the treatment, and received good effects. Therefore, promoting blood circulation was recognized as the fundamental treatment of nodular prurigo, and should be throughout.
