小青龙汤加减治疗喘息型支气管肺炎62例临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating 62 cases of asthmatic bronchial pneumonia with the Xiaoqinglong decoction

目的:观察小青龙汤加减治疗喘息型支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法:对124例来我院进行诊治的喘息型支气管肺炎患者的临床资料做详尽的回顾分析,根据随机数字表法将全部观察对象分成两组,每组各62例。对照组患者采用常规西药进行治疗,观察组患者使用常规西药+小青龙汤加减治疗,观察各自的疗效,同时进行相关数据比较。结果:观察组整体治疗有效率为93.55%,对照组为83.87%,观察组治疗有效率明显更高,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组咳嗽消失时间、湿啰音消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间均短于对照组,数据比较结果显示P<0.05。结论:采用小青龙汤加减治疗喘息型支气管炎具有显著疗效,可迅速控制患者临床症状,有效提高患者生存质量,临床推广价值较高。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the Xiaoqinglong decoction on asthmatic bronchial pneumonia. Methods： 124 patients＇ clinical data was retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into 2 groups by random digital method, 62 cases in each. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine; the observed group received the Xiaoqinglong decoction more. Clinical efficacies were observed and compared. Results： The total efficiency was 93.55% in the observed group, and 83.87% in the control group, with a statistical difference. Disappearing time of cough, auscultation and wheeze in the observed group were shorter, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Treating asthmatic bronchial pneumonia with the Xiaoqinglong decoction showed significant effects, could control clinical symptoms rapidly and improve quality of life, with high clinical value.
