玉屏风颗粒治疗过敏性鼻炎35例临床疗效分析

An effective analysis of treating allergic rhinitis with the Yupingfeng granules

目的:通过玉屏风颗粒与西替利嗪分散片治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的疗效对比观察,分析玉屏风颗粒治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果。方法:采用平行随机对照方法,观察中医辨证为气虚型过敏性鼻炎患者70例,将其随机分成治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组采用玉屏风颗粒治疗,对照组口服西替利嗪分散片,分别观察患者的近期和远期疗效。结果:近期疗效,治疗组总有效率为74%,对照组总有效率为77%;远期疗效,治疗组总有效率为63%,对照组总有效率为40%,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.04)。结论:玉屏风颗粒治疗过敏性鼻炎的远期疗效确切,适应群体广泛,值得推荐使用。

Objective： To discuss clinical efficacy of the Yupingteng granules on allergic rlalmus. Memoas： 70 cases were ranaonuy divided into the treatment group and the control group, 35 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with the Yupingfeng granules; the control group was treated with the cetirizine tablets. Clinical efficacy was observed. Results： For the short-term efficacy, the total efficiency in the treatment group was 74% and in the control group was 77%; for the long-term efficacy, the total efficiency in the treatment group was 63%, and in the control group was 40%; the difference was statistically significant （P = 0.04 ）. Conclusion： Treating a^lergic rhinitis with the Yupingfeng granules can receive a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
