高血压应用温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗的临床效果探讨

Exploration of treating hypertension with the Wendan decoction plus the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction

目的:分析应用温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压的临床效果。方法:2012年8月-2014年8月期间,我院共收治高血压患者106例,使用随机分组方式将其均分成观察组53例以及对照组53例,其中对照组患者给予非洛地平缓释片进行治疗,观察组给予温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗。结果:采用不同治疗方式对两组患者进行治疗后,观察组患者总有效率为98.1%(52/53),对照组患者总有效率为86.8%(46/53)。两组间比较差异显著(P<0.05),具备统计学意义。结论:在对高血压患者进行治疗的过程中,采用温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗能够有效降低患者血压,同时不会引起患者的不良反应,从而起到较理想的降压效果。

Objective： To analyze clinical effects of the Wendan decoction plus the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on hypertension. Methods： 106 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group, 53 cases in each. The control group was treated with Felodipine sustained release tablets; the observation group was given the Wendan decoction plus the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction. Results： The total efficiency was 98.1% （52/53） in the observation group and 86.8% （46/53） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Wendan decoction plus the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction was effective on hypertension, without adverse reactions.
