中医辨证治疗小儿支气管哮喘临床研究

Clinical research on treating bronchial asthma in children in TCM differentiation

目的:研究中医辨证治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年8月-2014年8月由我院收治的96例小儿支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,按照计算机数字法分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用常规方法治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用中医辨证治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:两组治疗总有效率进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组显效率明显高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗小儿支气管哮喘可显著提高显效率,有其自身独特优势,具有积极的临床使用、推广价值。

Objective： To study clinical efficacy of the TCM differentiation on bronchial asthma in children. Methods： 96 cases in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated with conventional methods; the treatment group was treated in TCM differentiation. Clinical outcomes were compared in two groups. Results： The total efficiency in two groups was compared; the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）; there was a significantly higher efficiency in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The TCM differentiation for bronchial asthma in children could significantly improve efficiency, and was worthy of promotion.
