摘要
目的:观察"三三制原则"治疗老年闭合性桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:62例均采用手法复位、三方向小夹板固定结合三脏骨外洗方治疗老年闭合性桡骨远端骨折,治疗6周。结果:PRWE评分结果:合格率为93.5%,优良率为88.7%。结论:"三三制原则"治疗老年闭合性桡骨远端骨折疗效显著。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of three-three system principle on distal radius fractures in elderly. Methods： 62 patients were treated with manipulative reduction plus small splint fixation in three directions and the Sanzanggu Waixi prescription; the treatment lasted for 6 weeks. Results： PRWE results showed that efficiency was 93.5%; and good rate was 88.7%. Conclusion： Three-three system principle was obviously effective on distal radius fractures in elderly.
