止血调经汤治疗功能失调性子宫出血32例疗效观察

Treating 32 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding with the Zhixue Tiaojing decoction

目的:探讨止血调经汤对功能失调性子宫出血患者的治疗作用及治疗机制。方法:将2011年以来的60例功能失调性子宫出血患者按随机原则分为中药治疗组32例和西药对照组28例。对照组给予常规西药治疗;中药组根据中医辨证给予自拟方止血调经汤治疗,观察疗效。结果:治疗组治愈28例,好转4例,无效0例,治愈率为87.5%,总有效率为100.0%;对照组治愈10例,好转14例,无效4例,治愈率为35.7%,总有效率为85.7%,两组治愈率、总有效率比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:止血调经汤标本兼顾,既止血又调经,对功能失调性子宫出血疗效甚佳。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the Zhixue Tiaojing decoction on dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 32 cases and the control group of 28 cases. The control group received the conventional western medicine. The treatment group was treated with the Zhixue Tiaojing decoction. Clinical efficacy in two groups were observed. Results： In the treatment group, 28 cases were cured; 4 cases were better; there was no invalid; the cured was 87.5%; the total efficiency was 100%. In the control group, 10 cases were cured; 14 cases were better; 4 cases were invalid; the cured was 35.7%; the total efficiency was 85.7%. There was a significant difference between groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Zhixue Tiaojing decoction was obviously effective on dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
