摘要
目的:观察茜根散合大补阴丸治疗阴虚火旺型特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:将34例阴虚火旺型特发性血小板减少性紫癜的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,两组均采用糖皮质激素常规治疗,其中试验组在糖皮质激素常规治疗的基础上加用茜根散合大补阴丸,疗程均为3个月。结果:治疗组在改善中医证候、提高血小板计数方面优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:茜根散合大补阴丸是治疗阴虚火旺型特发性血小板减少性紫癜的有效方法,可有效改善患者的症状。
Objective： To discuss clinical efficacy of Qian＇gen San plus Dabuyin Wan on hemacelinosis of the Yinxu Huowang type. Methods： 34 cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Two groups were given conventional therapy; the experimental group was treated with Qian＇gen San plus Dabuyin Wan more, three months as a course. Results： The improved TCM syndromes, increased platelet counts in the treatment group were better than those in the control group; the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating hemacelinosis of the Yinxu Huowang type with the Qian＇gen San plus Dabuyin Wan can receive a good effect, is worthy of promotion.
