摘要
目的:探讨使用加味乙字汤治疗湿热下注型肛窦炎的临床效果。方法:我院选取了2013年6月-2014年6月期间收治的30例湿热下注型肛窦炎患者作为研究对象,利用计算机软件把30例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组15例患者。对照组给予保守常规治疗,观察组在常规基础上使用加味乙字汤治疗,观察比较两组的肛周皮肤改善情况和治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率为93.3%,对照组治疗有效率为73.3%,观察组明显高于对照组。两组差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用加味乙字汤治疗湿热下注型肛窦炎临床疗效确切,可提高患者生活质量,适宜临床推广。
Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of the Yizi decoction on anal sinusitis. Methods： 30 cases were divided into the obseroation group and the control group. The control group took conventional treatment. The other group took the Yizi decoction more. Improvement in the perianal skin and clinical efficacy in two groups were observed. Results： The total efficiency was 93.3% in the ohseroation group, better than 73.3% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating anal sinusitis with the Yizi decoction showed exact efficacy, by improving quality of life, and is worthy of promotion.
