中医护理在提高脑卒中偏瘫患者生活质量方面的作用

Observation on the TCM nursing for quality of life in patients with apoplexy hemiparalysis

目的:探讨中医护理在提高脑卒中偏瘫患者生活质量方面的临床效果。方法:选取我院于2012年3月-2013年3月间收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者86例作为研究对象,随机将其分成两组,对照组患者43例采用常规的护理措施,观察组患者43例采用中医护理措施,分别在治疗7d和3个月后对两种不同的护理措施影响患者生活质量的情况进行评价。结果:观察组患者的肢体运动能力和巴氏指数评分情况均优于对照组,两组数据经对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者的过程中采用中医护理措施,能有效地提升患者的生活质量,因此非常值得推广使用。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the TCM nursing for the quality of life in patients with apoplexy hemiparalysis. Methods： From March 2012 to March 2013, 86 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases for each. The control group was given conventional nursing; and the observed group was given the TCM nursing. In 7 days and 3 months, the quality of life scores in two groups were evaluated. Results： Limb movement abilities and Barthel index scores in the observed group were better. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The TCM nursing for apoplexy hemiparalysis could improve the quality of life, and was worthy of promotion.
