68例输卵管妊娠中药口服及保留灌肠配合微波保守治疗与护理

Nursing experience for treating 68 cases of tubal pregnancy with TCM medicine oral plus retention enema and microwave conservative

目的:利用中药口服及保留灌肠配合微波保守治疗输卵管妊娠,免除了手术创伤,保留了输卵管,为患者再孕创造了条件。方法:将68例输卵管妊娠患者行中药口服、保留灌肠及微波治疗,配合完整的护理疏导。结果:根据中医理论,输卵管妊娠属少腹血瘀证的原理,采用杀胚消癥散结法治之,而中药口服、保留灌肠配合微波治疗正是迎合中医中药之所长,加上情绪愉悦,可促进药物尽快吸收,促进血清β-HCG的下降及包块的尽快吸收,取得很好的临床疗效。

Objective： Treating tubal pregnancy with TCM medicine oral plusretention enema and microwave conservative could eliminate the operation trauma, retain the fallopian tube, and create conditions for getting pregnant again. Methods： 68 patients with tubal pregnancy received TCM medicine oral plus retention enema, microwave treatment andguidance of perfect nursing. Results： According to the principle of pregnancy belongs to Shaofu Xueyu syndrome of TCM theory, the Shapei Xiaozheng Sanjie therapy was applied in the treatment. TCM medicine oral plus retention enema and microwave treatment showed strong points,cooperating with pleasant emotion, can promote the absorption of medicine and decrease the blood β-HCG, and promote the absorption of mass absorption as soon as possible, achieved good clinical efficacy.
