中医结合运动疗法治疗脑卒中偏瘫肩手综合征效果观察

The effect of TCM combined with exercise therapy in treating cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia shoulder hand syndrome

目的:探讨中医结合运动疗法在脑卒中偏瘫肩手综合征中的应用效果。方法:选取我院收治的64例脑卒中偏瘫肩手综合征患者,随机分成两组,每组32例,对照组行常规疗法,观察组行中医结合运动疗法,统计两组治疗总有效率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(96.9%vs71.9%),P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:中医结合运动疗法治疗脑卒中偏瘫肩手综合征效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective： To study the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with exercise therapy in treating cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Methods： 64 Cases of cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia shoulder hand syndrome patients of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in each group, the control group received routine therapy while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine combined with exercise therapy, the total effective rates of two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （96.9%vs71.9%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The comprehensive effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with exercise therapy was remarkable in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia shoulder hand syndrome, it was worth promoting.
