脑梗死中医护理干预联合常规神经内科护理效果观察

Effect observation of TCM nursing intervention combined with routine neurology care in cerebral infarction

目的:分析脑梗死患者行中医护理干预、常规神经内科护理疗法的临床效果。方法:选取我院2012年3月—2015年1月接收脑梗死患者40例,将其分成常规组(神经内科的常规化护理措施)、研究组(中医护理干预、常规神经内科护理),预后对总体效果进行评定。结果:研究组患者预后病症缓解18例,缓解率为90.0%;常规组预后病症缓解12例,缓解率为60.0%,两者缓解率有区别(P<0.05)。结论:临床针对脑梗死患者行中医护理干预联合常规神经内科护理作用显著,可改善疾病特征,不良反应轻微,值得临床借鉴。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of TCM nursing interventions combined with routine neurology nursing on cerebral infarction laatients. Methods： 40 Cases of cerebral infarction patients, admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to January 2015, were divided into two groups, namely, the conventional group （who received routine neurology care measures） and the research group （who received TCM nursing intervention combined with conventional neurology care）, the overall effect was assessed based on the prognosis. Results： 18 Cases in the research group had better prognostic, the remission rate was 90.0%; 12 cases in the conventional group had better prognostic, the remission rate was was 60.0%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing interventions combined with routine neurology nursing had significant effect in the clinical care of cerebral infarction patients, it could relieve disease symptoms and characterized a mild adverse reaction, which was worth learning from.
