Personalized nursing of stomatitis for leukaemia patients after chemotherapy

目的:探讨白血病患者化疗后口腔炎的个性化护理。方法:选62例我院接受化疗的白血病患者的临床资料,其中接受口腔炎常规护理31例(对照组),接受口腔炎个性化护理31例(干预组)。结果:干预组口腔炎发生率为19.4%,对照组为41.9%,(P<0.05);干预组护理满意度为100.0%,对照组为83.9%,(P<0.05)。结论:对接受化疗治疗的白血病患者应用个性化护理可有效降低口腔炎发生率,提高患者满意度,极具临床应用价值。

Objective： To explore the personalized nursing of stomatitis for leukaemia patients after chemotherapy. Methods： 62 cases of leukaemia patients treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups evenly, 31 cases in the control group received routine stomatitis nursing and 31 cases in the intervention group received personalized nursing for stomatitis. Results： The stomatitis incident rate of the intervention group was 19.4% and that of the control group was 41.9%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 100.0% and that of the control group was 83.9%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Personalized nursing for leukaemia patients after chemotherapy could effectively decrease the patients＇ stomatitis incident rate and improve their nursing satisfaction, which was of great clinical application value.
