研究小儿急性阑尾炎穿孔并发腹膜炎的中西医结合治疗

Research on combined Chinese and Western medicine in treating children with acute appendicitis perforation and peritonitis

目的:讨论小儿急性阑尾炎穿孔并发腹膜炎的中西医结合治疗效果,为日后的临床治疗提供参考。方法:选择2013年2月—2014年3月收治的小儿急性阑尾炎穿孔并发腹膜炎患儿120例为研究对象,观察组实施中西医结合治疗,对照组实施西医治疗。结果:经过临床治疗后,观察组患儿总有效率高于对照组,两组患儿比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:通过运用中西医结合治疗的方法,能够尽快地稳定小儿急性阑尾炎穿孔并发腹膜炎临床疼痛和不适,持续治疗可康复,对患儿的积极意义较大,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To discuss the clinical curative effect of the combined Chinese and Western medicine in treating children with acute appendicitis perforation and peritonitis, so as to provide a reference for further clinical treatment. Methods： 120 Cases of children with acute appendicitis perforation and peritonitis, admitted to our hospital from February 2013 and March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given combined traditional Chinese and western treatment while the control group was given western treatment. Results： After clinical treatment, total efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. And the differences were of statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combination of traditional Chinese and western treatment could stabilize pain and uncomfortable feeling of children with acute appendicitis perforation and peritonitis The children could recover with continuous treatment. The method was of positive significance to children and worthy of clinical application.
