摘要
目的:观察临床上采用中西医结合治疗输卵管性不孕的效果。方法:将2013年1月—2015年1月就诊于我院并确诊为输卵管性不孕的138例患者随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者仅采取单纯的西药和输卵管通液术予以治疗,观察组患者同时加用中药结合治疗,分析两组患者接受治疗后的临床效果和妊娠情况。结果:经治疗后对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率和妊娠率均明显低于观察组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:临床上对于输卵管性不孕的患者采用中西医结合治疗可以显著提升其治疗总有效率并使患者妊娠率有明显增加,值得临床推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating tubal infertility by combining Chinese and Western medicine. Methods： 138 patients with tubal infertility, admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015, were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with western medicine and hydrotubation. The observation group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine combined with western medicine and hydrotubation. The clinical effect and pregnancy of the two groups were analyzed. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate and pregnancy rate of the control group were significantly lower than those of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine could significantly improve the total efficiency and increase the pregnancy rate in treating tubal infertility patients, it was worth clinically promoting.
