冠心病心绞痛心血瘀阻证采用血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗的临床疗效探讨

Clinical observation on treating heart blood stagnation of heart disease patients with Xuefu-Zhuyu decoction plus western medicine

目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛(心血瘀阻证)的疗效。方法:选取冠心病心绞痛(心血瘀阻证)患者104例随机分为两组,观察组52例应用血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗,对照组52例应用常规西药治疗,对比两组的疗效。结果:观察组心绞痛及心电图总有效率为98.1%、96.2%,显著高于对照组的82.7%、76.9%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的中医症状评分显著低于治疗前与对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血脂(TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C)及血液流变学指标(PV、BV、FBI)均较治疗前及对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛(心血瘀阻证)可有效调节血脂水平,改善血液流变学及临床症状,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of Xuefuzhuyu decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease （CHD）patients with angina pectoris（heart blood stagnation）.Methods： 104 CHD patients with angina pectoris（heart blood stagnation） were divided into two groups：52 patients in observation group received Xuefuzhuyu soup combined with western medicine treatment, 52 patients in control group received western medicine treatment, the efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results： The total effective rate of angina and ECG in observation group was 98.1%, 96.2%, significantly higher than the 82.7%, 76.9% in control group （P〈0.05）; After treatment ,the symptom scores in observation group was significantly lower before treatment and the control group （P〈0.05）; The serum lipids （TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C） and hemorheology （PV, BV, FBI） in observation group were significantly lower before treatment and the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Xuefuzhuyu soup combined with western medicine in treatment of CHD with angina pectoris （heart blood stagnation） can effectively regulate lipid levels, improve blood rheology and clinical symptoms, improve clinical efficacy, should be widely applied.
