艾灸结合刺络拔罐法治疗三叉神经痛60例疗效观察

Curative effect observation of moxa-wool moxibustion combined with stab winding cupping therapy on treating 60 cases of trigeminal neuralgia

目的:观察艾灸结合刺络拔罐法治疗三叉神经痛的临床效果。方法:将60例原发性三叉神经痛患者随机分为实验组30例和对照组30例。治疗组依面部经络循行为基础,以局部近取和循经远取手足阳明经穴为主,在艾灸基础上加用具有活血祛瘀作用的刺络拔罐,对照组30例口服西药卡马西平治疗。治疗3个疗程后统计疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为70.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:艾灸结合刺络拔罐治疗三叉神经痛疗效显著,并且体现了中医外治法的特色。

Objective： Observe the clinical effect of Moxa-wool moxibustion combined with stab winding cupping therapy on trigeminal neuralgia. Methods： 60 cases of primary trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into a treatment group（30 cases）and a control group（30 cases）. The treatment group were treated with moxibustion combined with stab winding cupping therapy, which based on facial meridian circulation, taking near and far from Hand Foot Yangming meridian, and the control group with oral administration of Carbamazepine. The treatment efficacy was investigated after 3 treatment courses. Results： The total effective rate was 93.33% in treatment group and was 70% in control group, indicating significant difference in comparison（P〈0.05）. The therapeutic effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group. Conclusion： Moxa-wool moxibustion combined with stab winding cupping therapy, which reflected the characteristics of external therapy of the Traditional Chinese Medicine, had a remarkable efficacy on treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.
