针刺颈夹脊穴联合小针刀松解法治疗颈源性眩晕的临床研究

Clinical research of acupuncture neck's Jia-ji points combined with small needle-knife releasing in treating cervical vertigo

目的:研究针刺颈夹脊穴为主联合小针刀松解法治疗颈源性眩晕(CV)的疗效。方法:110例CV患者随机分为观察组与对照组各55例。观察组行针刺颈夹脊穴为主联合小针刀松解法治疗,对照组行单纯针刺颈夹脊法治疗,对比两组的疗效。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为94.4%,显著高于对照组的82.4%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的LVA、RVA及BA的Vm均较治疗前及对照组(P<0.05),ESCV评分均较治疗前及对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:针刺颈夹脊穴为主联合小针刀松解法治疗CV能够有效改善眩晕症状及脑供血状态,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture neck＇s Jia-ji points combined with small needle-knife releasing method in treating cervical vertigo （CV）. Methods： 110 cases of CV patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group.The observation group received acupuncture neck＇s Jia-ji points combined with small needle-knife releasing therapy, the control group received simple acupuncture neck＇s Jia-ji points therapy, the efficacy in the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in observation group was 94.4%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, 82.4% （P〈0.05）; After treatment, the Vm of LVA, RVA and BA in observation group were significantly improved than situation before the treatment and that of the control group （P〈0.05）, the ESCV score in the observation group was significantly lower than situation before the treatment and that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Acupuncture neck＇s Jia-ji points combined with small needle-knife releasing could effectively relieve vertigo symptoms and improve cerebral blood supply, it could enhance the clinical efficacy and should be widely applied.
