摘要
神经导向因子4(netrin-4)是一种分泌蛋白,经其和不同受体结合,参与神经细胞生长、迁移等生理功能。Netrin-4在非神经系统中也可调节细胞生长。体内实验证实,netrin-4具有调节血管生成和促淋巴管形成作用,从而影响肿瘤的发生、发展和转移;体外实验中,netrin-4对肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移等有不同的作用,可能与netrin-4和不同受体结合有关。肿瘤细胞生长与netrin-4的浓度具有相关性,netrin-4在肿瘤细胞中低表达与甲基化有关。因此,netrin-4及其受体对肿瘤的诊治具有重要意义,有可能成为新的肿瘤治疗靶点。
Neural guidance factor 4 (netrin-4) is a kind of secreted protein; it exerts an influence on physiological functions such as neurocyte growth and migration through binding to its'various receptors. Recent studies show that netrin-4 can also regulate cell growth in the non-nervous system. It plays a key role in regulating angiogenesis and promoting lymphogenesis, which influences the occurrence, development and metastasis of tumors; netrin-4 has distinct effects on tumor cell proliferation and migration in vitro experiments, this could be related to binding to different receptors. Moreover, tumor cell growth is associated with the concentration of netrin-4, and low expression of netrin-4 in tumor cells is involved in methylation. Therefore, netrin-4 and its receptors are of great importance in the diagnosis and treatment of tomors, and are likely to be new tumor therapeutic targets in the future.
