大学生公益创业的现状及发展对策

The Status Quo and Development Strategy about Social Entrepreneurship of College Students

大学生公益创业,不仅是将社会价值与经济价值创造性地融合的过程,而且为大学生未来发展提供了诸多契机。对上海8所高校20个大学生公益创业项目的研究发现,大学生公益创业有三种类型:非盈利组织模式、社会企业模式以及"产学研"混合模式,且具备社会性、创新性和市场导向性三个基本特征。但大学生公益创业的发展也受到了来自政府、社会、高校以及学生个人的制约,因此,应当从政府资源整合、社会广泛支持、高校人才培养几个方面来建立大学生公益创业的社会支持系统。

Social Entrepreneurship is not only the process combining social value and economic value, but also the opportunity for the future career development of college students. The study selects 20 social entrepreneurship of college students from 8 universities in Shanghai as the object and summaries three types of them. The social entrepreneurship of college students, which embodies sociality, innovation and market orientation, can be divided into three models： Nonprofit Organization, Social Enterprise and the Union of IndustryStudy-Research. However, to some extent, it was still restricted by the existing defects from government, society, universities and students themselves. Aiming at the defects, the integration of government resources, the support of society and the cultivation of college can be the important factors to establish the social support system for the social entrepreneurship of college students.
