新型异质空间:居住空间中的性交换——基于北京某流动人口公寓的个案研究

Neotype Space of Differences:Sexual Exchange in the Living Space——Based on the Case Study about the Housing of Floating Population in Beijing

对于流动人口如"北漂"来说,租住公寓只是他们漂泊的临时停靠点,温暖的港湾只能出现在他们居室内的幻想中。流动人口公寓中的性交易问题不仅牵引出法律、经济和道德问题,除了流动人口居住者与性工作者之间的对立外,两者同样被裹挟进消费主义逻辑下空间的生产和增殖过程,他们因空间的剥夺不仅失去了对空间的控制和生产能力,而且成为消费主义驱动的空间增殖的生产工具。在这个过程中流动人口公寓这样具有异质性表象的居住空间,其实质不仅没有凸显真实空间的虚伪性,而且通过自身的异质性表象掩盖了真实空间的特征而成为当下一种新形式的"异质空间"。

Renting house is someplace where floating people like Beipiao can temporarily have a rest. Cozy home is just a dream for them. Except the opposition between the floating people and sex worker, the sexual exchange in the house of floating population is not only concerned with legal, economical and ethic problem, but also involved in the process of produce and propagation of space under the consumerism. They lose the control and productive power of space, and become means of production. The essence to recognize this space of differences which differential presentation covers the real place is not displaying the hypocrisy of the real space, but becoming a new form of space of differences.
