摘要
为了便于测量立铣刀铣削温度,通过改进HSK-A63刀柄的结构,把测温数据采集模块安装到刀柄内部,设计出热电偶测温刀柄。利用Pro/E5.0软件建立嵌入式测温刀柄主体、弹簧夹头/螺母、立铣刀的三维实体模型并进行装配,在ANSYS Workbench中确立合理的边界条件和网格划分的基础上对装配体进行模态分析,得出固有频率和振型。
In order to measure the end milling tem- perature of end mills and by improving the HSK - A63 tool holder structure, a temperature measurement data acquisition module was installed into the tool holder and a thermocouple tool holder with temperature measurement was designed. A three - dimensional solid model of the tool holder with temperature measure- ment was established and assembled along with a spring chuck/nut and flat end mill using a software program called Pro/E 5.0. Boundary constraints and meshing in finite element model were imposed and nat- ural frequency and mode shapes of the tool holder as- sembly were calculated by modal analysis using AN- SYS Workbench.
