On the Political Tendency of Social Movement in Taiwan since 2008

2008年以来台湾社会运动不断高涨,从"野草莓"到"反课纲",表现出越来越鲜明的政治化倾向,即打上了深刻的意识形态烙印,介入岛内政治斗争、影响台湾选举和牵制两岸关系,呈现出"台独化"、年青化、网络化的主要特征。未来社运与选举成为台湾社会运动发展的两个场域,"台独化"、政团化、选举化、网络化的政治化趋势更加明显。

The social movement in Taiwan has been constantly rising since 2008, from the ＂Wild Strawberries Movement＂to the ＂Anti-curriculum Change Movement＂, which has shown its obvious political tendency. The movements have made adeep ideological brand, intervening in the political struggle in the island, influencing the Taiwan election and containing thedevelopment of the relations between the two sides, which seem to have presented some new characteristics of ＂pro-Taiwan in-dependence＂, the young participants and the networking. Therefore, future social movement and political election, the writerbelieves, will become the two fields in the development of the social movement in Taiwan with the political trend in ＂Taiwan In-dependence＂, political group, election and networking being more obvious.
