试析部分台湾民众的“恐中”情绪——一种群际情绪理论的视角

An Analysis of the Emotion of “Fear of Mainland”in Some People of Taiwan——A Perspective from Intergroup Emotion Theory

在两岸关系和平发展的背景下,部分台湾民众却存在着所谓的"恐中"情绪,他们恐惧祖国大陆"武力犯台",恐惧过度依赖大陆将威胁台湾的"政治安全",恐惧大陆的日益崛起。"恐中"情绪的存在直接影响了部分台湾民众对大陆的认知评价,导致两岸关系难以进一步深化。深究起来,部分台湾民众"恐中"情绪的产生有其深刻的历史根源,同时也与台湾人群体认同的形塑、部分台湾民众对大陆及自身实力的认知评价有关。为了消除部分台湾民众的"恐中"情绪,可从促进两岸群体成员之间的积极互动、消除部分台湾民众的安全疑虑、超越两岸群体认同的区隔以及重塑台湾民众的中国认同等路径入手。

In the context of the peaceful development of the cross-Strait relations, there exists a so-called emotion of ＂fearof China's Mainland＂ in some Taiwan Residents people who are afraid of the mainland＇ s constant rise, the mainland＇ s invasion intoTaiwan or the mainland＇ s threat to Taiwan ＇ s ＂political security＂ due to its excessive dependence on the mainland. On the oth-er aband, the emotion has played a negative effect on the cognitive appraisal of mainland by some people of Taiwan, whichmakes it difficult for both sides to further deepen their relations. In fact, we can find through the intensive analysis that the fearof emotions which has its deep historical roots is closely related with the Taiwan Residents group identity and their cognitive appraisalof the both sides＇ strengths. Therefore, in order to eliminate their fear of emotions, some necessary measures should be takento promote the positive interaction between the group members on both sides, to remove their safety concerns, and what＇ smore, to surpass the barrier of the group identification between the two sides and finally reshape the Chinese identity held bypeople of Taiwan.
