摘要
PHC管桩在我国地基处理工程中应用广泛,但施工时会产生不同程度的桩身质量问题,需要合理的检测手段对桩身质量进行检测。该文结合工程实例,介绍了孔内摄像法在PHC管桩检测中的应用。在工程检测过程中,首先采用低应变法和静载荷试验检测PHC管桩桩身质量,但检测结果出现了明显不一致,无法对桩身质量进行判定,而后采用孔内摄像法进行复检,可以直观地获得桩身缺陷的具体情况,实现了桩身质量的准确评价。孔内摄像技术可以在PHC管桩桩身检测中得到更广泛的应用。
PHC pipe pile has been widely used in foundation treatment projects in China. However, a certain pile quality problems will occur in construction, thus, the appropriate inspection methods are neeessary to be used in pile detecting. Combined with the engineering practice, this paper introduces the ap- plication of borehole photography technique to detect the PHC pipe pile. Through the engineering inspection, initially, the low-strain method and static load test are used to detect the quality of PHC pipe pile. But the detecting results are different observious. The pile quality can' t be determined. Then the borehole photography is used to detect repeatedly. The specific information of pile defect can be obtained intuitively, and the pile quality is evaluated precisely. The borehole photography technique as a mean can be used to PHC pipe pile detecting widely.
