苯乙烯丙烯酸酯对木塑用桉木粉的改性研究

摘要 采用造纸企业常用的表面施胶剂苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液(SAE)对木塑用桉木粉进行改性,通过测定改性前后桉木粉的回潮率、动态接触角并通过其红外光谱以及SEM照片,分析了改性对桉木粉化学极性和亲水性的影响;同时通过对改性前后桉木粉的TG分析,讨论了改性对桉木粉热稳定性的影响。实验结果表明:当SAE与桉木粉的用量之质量比为1.5:1时,桉木粉的表面化学极性和亲水性降低到最佳值;而桉木粉的热稳定性得到提高,并且不会出现木粉黏结的现象。 In the papermaking enterprises customary surface sizing agent styrene acrylic emulsion(SAE) was used to modify wood plastic with eucalyptus wood powder. The influence of chemical polarity and the hydrophily of eucalyptus wood powder was analyzed by measuring the moisture regain and the dynamic contact angle of eucalyptus wood powder before and after modification, and its infrared spectrum and SEM figures; Meanwhile, through the analysis of the TG of eucalyptus wood powder before and after modification, the modification influence on the thermal stability of eucalyptus wood powder was investigated as well. Experimental results showed that when the dosage ratio of SAE and eucalyptus wood powder was 1.5 : 1, the chemical polarity and the hydrophily of eucalyptus wood powder reduced to the optimal value, and the thermal stability of the eucalyptus wood powder was improved, without wood powder caking phenomenon.
