摘要
采用湿法制备工艺,制得了表面改性的重质碳酸钙;探讨了重质碳酸钙的改性体系中,温度、时间和用量对其加填纸张抗张强度的影响。研究表明,重质碳酸钙用量20%,复配改性剂用量10%,温度90℃,反应时间2.5h时,制得的改性重质钙酸钙加填到纸浆中,纸张抗张强度最高。
The wet preparation process was used. The surface modified ground calcium carbonate was prepared. And the influence of the tensile strength of paper, such as the temperature,time and dosage of ground calcium carbonate were discussed. The studies have shown that the maximum of the tensile strength of paper was achieved by using modified ground calcium carbonate filler, when the dosage of ground calcium carbonate and compound modifiers were 20% and 10% respectively, the temperature was 90 ℃, as well as the time was 2.5 h.
