糖酵解与乳腺癌

摘要 乳腺癌是我国位居女性发病率首位的恶性肿瘤。中国恶性肿瘤发病和死亡分析最新结果提示,2011年我国乳腺癌新发病患者数约24万例,死亡约6万例,并呈逐年升高趋势。进一步研究乳腺癌发病机制,寻找有效治疗靶点,成为临床医师亟待解决的问题。
