摘要 目的探讨医院常用消毒剂对不同耐药率的鲍曼不动杆菌(Ab)的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验,观察医院常用消毒剂对不同耐药率的Ab的杀灭效果,并与鲍曼不动杆菌标准菌株进行对比。结果乙醇消毒液杀灭不同耐药率的Ab的作用时间和浓度与标准菌株一致;苯扎溴铵消毒液杀灭不同耐药率的Ab的作用时间和浓度比标准菌株高;84消毒液和聚维酮碘消毒液杀灭全敏感株的作用时间和浓度与标准菌株一致,杀灭多重耐药和泛耐药株的作用时间和浓度比标准菌株高。结论 Ab对乙醇未产生抗性,对另外3种消毒剂可能产生不同程度的抗性,消毒剂抗性与耐药性可能存在交叉抗性。 Objective To discuss the killing effect of hospital common disinfectants to different drug resistance rate of acinetobacter baumannii(Ab) and provide guide for practical disinfection. Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to ob- serve the killing effect of hospital common disinfectants to different drug resistance rate of Ab. Parallel comparison with the standard strain of Ab was also carried out. Results The action time and concentration of ethanol disinfectant to kill different drug resistance rate of Ab were consistent with the standard strains. The action time and concentration of benzalkonium bromide disinfectant to kill different drug resistance rate of Ab were higher than the standard strains. The action time and concentration of 84 disinfectant and io- dophor disinfectant to kill the sensitive strains were consistent with the standard strains. The action time and concentration of 84 dis- infectant and iodophor disinfectant to kill the multiple drug resistance and extensive drug resistance strains were higher than the standard strains. Conclusion Ab has not resistance to ethanol. Ab may have varying degrees resistance to three other disinfectants. The cross-resistance may indwell between drug resistance with disinfectant resistance.
