摘要
目的:探讨不同光照强度和栽培模式下金线莲形态、产量、主要药用成分黄酮和多糖的动态变化规律,确定金线莲适宜栽培模式和最佳采收时间。方法:以一次性成苗有机培养金线莲植株为材料,调节不同光照强度,采用林下仿生栽培和大棚种植2种不同栽培模式下大面积种植,测定不同栽培模式金线莲多糖含量和黄酮含量的变化,分析金线莲栽培过程中活性成分累积规律。结果:光照强度为3000 lx时,植株的株高、叶片大小、茎粗、鲜重和干重均达到最大;两种模式(大棚和林下)栽培苗随着栽培月龄的增长,多糖含量先减少后增加,黄酮含量则逐渐增加。种植6月后,以林下仿生态种植的金线莲在形态和生物量都显著优于大棚种植,多糖含量比大棚种植高2.9 mg,但黄酮含量差异不显著。结论:不同的光照强度和栽培模式对金线莲的生长、黄酮和多糖的变化有显著影响,金线莲的适宜采收期为林下栽培6个月以上。
Objective: To explore the dynamic variation of morphology, yield, content of flavonoids and polysaccharide from Anoectochilus roxburghii at different light intensities and cultivation mode, and make sure the best harvest time with high quality. Methods : The findings of the study provide a solid technical solution for A. roxburghii bionic cultivation under woods. The one-step-seedling formation of A. roxburghii plantlets were used, growth condition and quality were studied ureter different light intensity and different cuhivation modes, the aim was to find a scientific and rational cultivation methods for it. Results: The plant height, leaf size, stem diameter, fresh weight and dry weight reached the biggest under 3000 lx light intensity, the content of polysaccharide was increased first, and then decreased under both of the two cultivation modes (cultivation under plastic tunnel and woods), and the content of flavonoids was increased gradually. Six months later after planting, the plants morphology and biomass under woods was better than plastic tunnel, polysaccharide content was 2. 9 mg more than plastic tunnel cultivation, but the difference of flavonoid content was not significant between the two cultivation modes. Conclusion : Different light intensities and cultivation mode have significant influences on the growth of A. roxburghii, and the accumulation of flavonoids and polysaccharide. The results indicated that the appropriate harvest time of A. roxburghii is 6 months after cultivation under woods.
